Ken Huang, CPA

Since 1993, Ken has been assisting publicly traded and privately held businesses with their state and local tax matters ranging from negotiating tax incentives to consulting on the cash flow impacts of business acquisitions.  Ken Huang's career includes over 20 years of experience that began as a tax auditor for the California Board of Equalization.  She then practiced public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco and Tokyo, and Moss Adams in San Francisco.

Ken served as a 2009 board member for the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame.  She has also been a guest lecturer such as the National Business Institute, Lorman Education Services, and Tax Executives Institute on matters relating to sales taxes, tax compliance and amnesties, and tax audit procedures and appeals. 

Ken is a Co-Author of “The Amazon Tax” for the California Business Law Practitioner (Fall 2013), and “Prospects for Japan’s Consolidated Tax System”, International Tax Review, Practical Asian Tax Strategies and Japan-European Business Community Consortium (October 2001).

Ken received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Ken lives in the Bay Area with her two children.  Ken is a passionate long distance backcountry trail runner.
